Joanne exhibited a strong /fair professional approach which convinced us to proceed with the sale.

Reluctant to proceed further with the sale due to poor experience with another agent my wife called Joanne to our house at which time I stated I did not want to proceed further with the sale and outlined my frustrations. Joanne listened /discussed and in the end simply said “do you want to sell your house” I said yes, Joanne said for what price ,I told her and this did not pose a problem to her .
