“We only gave Joanne Reilly 24 hours notice (and it was Sunday, her day off!) that we were flying to Twin Waters early the following morning and asked if she could show us some properties as we could only spend a day there. She had it all organised by the time she happily (and voluntarily) picked us up at the airport. We spent the most wonderful day looking at several properties and by the end of the day we put in an offer on a property which was accepted. She also took us to show us the local beaches and went walking along the river with us.

We found Joanne to be very professional and a lovely lady to talk to. She always answered our phone calls straight away and nothing was too much effort for her which made buying a property a lot less stressful. She even happily (and once again voluntarily) took us to the airport for our return trip early the following morning even though she had children to organise for school!
