“We were travelling around Australia and returning to the area looking for our retirement home.  We researched the web and contacted Joanne in regard to our new home.  She was friendly, well organised and resourceful in the first instance and extremely well informed about the Sunshine Coast Area and current values etc.  As Purchasers we realised that she was working for the Vendor, however we created a trustful relationship very quickly with her and never looked back.  Joanne acted promptly with all our requests and was firm but fair with all the negotiations with the Vendors.  At settlement she even spent time making sure the property was cleaned and exterior pot plants etc were weeded.  We would highly recommend Joanne for people wanting to purchase or indeed for selling a property as she was a sheer pleasure to deal with, and her lovely welcoming gift was also a surprise!”
