“At first we didn’t know Joanne from a bar of soap but we decided to go with her as she came across as friendly and up with the play,  progress reports and so on. Always positive bubbly person which we got to know as a friend as well as our seller. She got the job done with minimal help from us eg:(no signage) so she had her work cut out for her. Highly recommend her.”
